They went beyond the call of duty by assisting us with our insurance company who initially declined our claim. I have known Rick Cauthon for approximately 15 years. I have used him both professionally and personally. Professionally, I have referred work to him in connection with my real estate appraisal activities.
Personally, I have used him on my home in Deer Creek to oversee and repair a water intrusion problem that had resulted in a mold issue. He was on my job daily without fail, calling me frequently, and following through to my satisfaction.
